Mental Health Awareness Resources

If you’re a Christian, it’s critical that you find a therapist who is also a Christ-follower. When you put your emotional and mental well-being into the hands of a professional, you want to make sure that the guidance they give you is rooted in Biblical truth. No matter how skilled or experienced, if that therapist does not have the Holy Spirit in them, they do not have access to the true source of healing. Because we are body, soul and mind, we cannot separate our spiritual health from our emotional health, and involving God—the one who made us and knows us inside and out—is essential for true healing. Things like rides, furniture, fix-it jobs, yard work, meals during illness, moving help, outgrown sports equipment, etc. are a few ideas to get you started! (No money is to be exchanged for these items or services, and this isn’t a place to advertise for other fundraisers, organizations, or school projects please and thanks). Request to join →
