CELL PHONES & ELECTRONICS
We understand that students will be bringing their phones to camp, but we want to create an environment where they can fully engage, build relationships, and be present with what God is doing. Phones are allowed, but with the following expectations:
Phones should not be used during services, small groups, or scheduled activities unless
otherwise instructed. We encourage students to limit screen time and be fully present with others throughout
the weekend.Phones must be put away after lights out to respect cabin mates and leaders.
Students are responsible for their own devices. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or
damaged items. Please leave other electronics at home! Bring a card game instead!
If a student is having difficulty following these guidelines, leaders may ask them to temporarily hand in their phone and return it at an appropriate time. If parents need to get in touch with their student during camp, they can contact me or a leader directly.
WAIVERS
Two waiver forms are required for all students:
1. One waiver is completed during registration
2. The second waiver must be downloaded, filled out, and submitted before camp. I have attached it in this email. Please send the completed form to alysha@kingstreet.org prior to camp!!
Does my child have to attend King Street to come?
Students do not need to attend King Street to join. Camp is open to all students and their friends who want to grow in their relationship with Jesus. However, priority will be given to King Street Youth students. If your student is not a regular attender, please reach out before registering.
