As we begin a new year, we’re inviting everyone at King Street Church to take part in a brief church-wide check-in. This survey is a chance to pause, reflect, and share how you’re doing spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Your responses will help our pastoral and care teams better understand where encouragement, prayer, and support are most needed in our church family this season. There are no right or wrong answers — this is simply a space to be honest and heard.
