Depression: Faith, Feelings, and the Path to Healing

  • King Street Community Church 611 King Street West Oshawa, ON, L1J 2L1 Canada (map)

Depression can touch any of us—sometimes in ways that feel heavy, isolating, or hard to explain.

Throughout this elective we will have a safe and compassionate space to learn more about what depression is, why it happens, and how we can walk through it with faith and wisdom. Together, we’ll explore both practical tools for managing low moods and biblical truths about God’s presence in the valleys of life.

Whether you’re personally struggling, supporting someone you love, or simply wanting to understand this topic through a Christ-centered lens, you’ll find hope, insight, and community here.

This course will run for 3 weeks (February 25, March 4th, and March 11th).
