In a world that feels more anxious than ever, many of us wrestle with worry, overthinking, and a sense of being constantly on edge. This elective will help you understand the nature of anxiety—what’s happening in your body and mind—and how faith can guide you toward peace.
Through biblical teaching and psychological insight, we’ll discover how God meets us in our fears and equips us to live with greater calm, trust, and resilience.
This elective will run for 3 weeks (March 4, 11, and 18). Kids and youth programs are running concurrently.
