Adult Elective: Understanding & Overcoming Anxiety

  • King Street Community Church 611 King Street West Oshawa, ON, L1J 2L1 Canada (map)

Anxiety seems to be everywhere these days and it can often feel debilitating and lonely, however, that doesn't have to be the case.

Join us for five Wednesday nights as we explore anxiety from a Christian perspective, its various types and symptoms, coping skills and techniques to overcome it, and how to maintain resiliency in difficult times. We do well when we can see ourselves from a holistic perspective which is exactly how we will approach this topic. We’d love to have you!
