Membership Matters

Next week will be the first of a two-part membership class (101). We believe at King Street Church that ‘belonging to Christ and to one another’ is synonymous. When we become Christians we are introduced to a family and we instantly become a part of it, then we spend the rest of our lives learning to know, serve, celebrate and love one another.

Membership is a local church is not required in order to belong to Christ, but it is reflective of the commitment we make to a local group of people. I hope you will consider coming to our membership class next Sunday at 9:00 am - 10:00 am in the Prayer Room. It will be a great chance for you to meet other new members and to learn more about the privileges and responsibilities that come with belonging to a family.
