Missions' News from around the World
Thursday… Our Tour Day
Today we had the privilege of enjoying a free day in Gatineau/Ottawa. It was a chance for us to rest before this weekend’s ministry plans. But we also took the opportunity to enjoy the many benefits of the surrounding culture. From Parliament Hill, to genuine Poutine, to an outdoor adventure which included zip lines and tree obstacles, we experienced it all and it was a blast! I know the team really enjoyed it and it was a great way to spend our day off.
We are looking forward to tomorrow as we have another full day of ministry. We will be preparing for Saturday and the Church’s School Supply Project. We are planning to bless the local community with tons of free school supplies. The Church is also offering gifts of food and clothes to people in need. Pastor Bruno expects 200 people to come and be served by the Source de Vie. We are excited for the opportunity to bless these people and to be a part of this great ministry project.
Tomorrow night will be fun as well as we help lead the youth and young adult service at Source de Vie. Our team has worked hard and prepared music, a drama, and a message for tomorrow’s gathering. We are looking forward to connecting with the youth and young adults of Source de Vie and expect it to be a great night!
Thank you for all your prayers and thoughts over this week. The team continues to work hard and has really come with a servant attitude. I’m proud of them! This trip has been a great learning experience for all of them and it’s been great to see the positive spiritual development that each team member has experienced. I know the things they have learned this week and the way they have served will help them continue to take next steps in growing with Jesus.

Missions Philosophy
Our philosophy of missions here at King Street Church is based on the biblical model found in Acts 1:8. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
