Missions' News from around the World
Friday - Autographs
It was a little sad today as we finished our last assembly. We’ve had such an amazing week presenting the Seedlings program. I am so proud of every single team member. They have all excelled and demonstrated wonderful gifts and abilities throughout the week. Together we helped share the Gospel with close to 2000 children and teachers. And it’s all been incredibly well received.
Today, we finished with an all girl school called Hindsbury Primary School. Personally, it was my favourite presentation that we had done. It was well executed and the response of the children was so wonderful. Seeing children laugh, have fun, and understand is something I never got tired of seeing this week. These kids are so smart and I know they took the message of Faith with them.
Following the assembly, after being blessed with some light refreshments, we had the opportunity to visit with some students in their classroom. It was so fun! It started with a couple photos, then a couple songs, and finished with an autograph session. I have no idea why anyone would ever want my autograph but our team took it as another opportunity to connect with these adorable children. By the end of it all, we had spent 30 meaningful minutes with a group of girls that I know won’t soon forget.
We have made the best of our time here in Barbados. We have worked hard and been intentional about using the time we have to serve the best we can. It has been one of those trips that has been incredibly fulfilling and I’ve seen a lot of growth in our entire team.
We’ve appreciate your prayers over the last week. We hope these blogs have helped you get a small window into our week in Barbados.

Missions Philosophy
Our philosophy of missions here at King Street Church is based on the biblical model found in Acts 1:8. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
