Missions' News from around the World
Czech Republic – Friday, February 12th
Today was yet another wonderful day! I was honored to teach and facilitate an entire afternoon of training for the wonderful group of church planters in the Ostrava Region of the Czech Republic. I was struck by one young engaged couple who are in the beginning stages of planting a new church in their particular city. This young couple who is preparing to get married in August have already dedicated their lives to planting one of the only evangelical churches in a city of over 20,000 people. They don;t have any formal training as of yet&;but what they do have is a love for God and desire to make a difference in the lives of young adults. Imagine&;a couple in their early twenties already willing to serve and passionate about their faith to the point of pastoring their own church. Nothing short of inspiring!

Missions Philosophy
Our philosophy of missions here at King Street Church is based on the biblical model found in Acts 1:8. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
