Request for Water Baptism

We believe at King Street Church that water baptism is the next step in following Jesus. Water Baptism is an outward expression of an inward reality. Being baptized in water does not save us, but is a public confession that Jesus has become our Savior.

Water Baptism is an act of identification with Jesus Christ;in his death and resurrection (Romans 6:3-5) and is an act of obedience, which serves as a signal to others of your intention to follow Jesus. The Bible instructs every Christian to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19)

It is our privilege to help you take this next step of obedience as you follow Christ on your journey of faith.
