A Place to Begin
One of our most important priorities is to help people discover the grace of God and to begin a journey of faith in Jesus. Our desire is to become a safe place where people can process their questions, doubts, fears and concerns about what following Christ looks like. Various ministries and weekend services have been designed to help people take ‘first steps’ in following Jesus.
A Place to Belong
Doing life together is what it means to belong to a community. Living in isolation does not breed high measures of satisfaction and fulfillment in life. God’s design for each of us is that we would ‘know and be known.’ We have developed a ministry track at King Street Church to help people connect with each other, so that a genuine and authentic feeling of belonging becomes reality for all who join us on this journey of faith.
A Place to Build
Embracing the grace of God is the beginning of our journey in following Christ. Growing in the grace of God is the next step which will last for a lifetime. We are never truly full-grown this side of heaven but we do believe that the adventure of the Christian faith is an adventure of growth and new discoveries. We want to help you make the greatest discovery of your life and to build a life of faith that will provide shelter for others. We are committed to providing a track where you can build a vibrant life of faith.
A Place to Become
Helping people discover their gifts and be adequately prepared so that they can be ready to help others begin a life of faith and become a fully devoted follower of Christ is important to us. We want to see each Christian fulfill their redemptive potential by discovering, developing and deploying their gifts and to discover their S.H.A.P.E (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Attitude, Personality and Experience) in order to find out where they fit in God’s redemptive program for our community and world.
